Become our secretary

The Role

Responsibilities:

Coordinating meetings, including agendas, minutes, actions, and follow-up 

Managing online data storage using Microsoft Teams 

Applying for funding and providing support at events

Supporting Trustees in their respective areas of expertise


Skills:

Good written and verbal communication skills 

Fully conversant with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, and Teams

Basic understanding of accounting and budgeting

An interest in classical music desirable but not essential 


Commitment:

Approximately four meetings per year, plus follow-up work.

If available, support with fundraising events such as drinks receptions

This is a 100% voluntary role; out-of-pocket expenses will be reimbursed
